If you're looking for an authentic Mallorquín feel, you've come to the right place. Our 1930's village house is set in the peaceful and tranquil countryside of Mallorca, in the authentic village of Montuiri. Here you will find only one thing: Pure relaxation!
The village of Montuïri is located in the centre of the island of Mallorca, 20 min away from the capital city of Palma, 15 min from the airport and 25 min from the natural beach of Es Trenc. In Montuïri you will find bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants and a wonderful market (every Monday) with a wide range of fresh local products.
Overview
Our 160m2 house is spread over two floors and the heart of the house is the large open plan kitchen, which is extended by the outdoor dining area. As you step outside you are greeted by a surprisingly green tropical garden with overgrown banana trees, pencil cactus and oleander bushes. As the midday heat rises, you can dive into the pool for a refreshing dip. Afterwards, there's nothing to do but enjoy a good book on the Thai bed on the upper terrace while taking in the magnificent views of the Tramuntana mountains.

After the hustle and bustle of travel, I long for the tranquillity of open spaces, calming white interiors and quiet surroundings. That’s precisely why, after living in big cities like London, Madrid and Paris, I settled in sleepy Montuiri, a tiny village on the Spanish island of Mallorca. I have created a sanctuary that pairs old Spanish architecture with eclectic design for a truly personal look. Our place tells our story. You are welcome to be part of it!
“We absolutely loved our stay in Sebastien’s and Katharina’s place. The house is just ideally located in the beautiful village of Montuiri. It is so quiet and beautiful with some local cafés and all you need just around the corner. The location on the island is perfect to start tours to discover the island by car. The beach Es Trenc was our favorite spot for long walks in the spring sun! Then at night we often just spend time home and cooked dinners in this beautiful kitchen. We would like to come back in summer to enjoy the garden and the pool. It must be so wonderful! The host and the managers were very caring so whenever there was a question it was answered very quickly. We even had some beers and fresh oranges in the fridge when we arrived.”
“A great casa, the pictures hardly do it justice! The location is perfect for exploring the quieter side of the island. The garden is a wonderful little Oasis and the views of the mountains are beautiful. It is in a lovely little village and close to some excellent beaches and places to eat. For exploring the island, it is an excellent place to stay. We would go back in a heartbeat!”
